Summary:The present invention relates to a method for producing an animal model with lung cancer. In addition, the present invention can provide a production method by which the side effects resulting from the transplantation are significantly reduced and the production of an animal model with lung cancer is enabled within a short time after the transplantation. La présente invention concerne un procédé de production d'un modèle animal présentant un cancer du poumon. Le procédé de production d'un modèle animal présentant un cancer du poumon de la présente invention permet de produire un modèle animal avec lequel il est possible de confirmer en temps réel la réussite d'une transplantation de tissu tumoral grâce à la tomographie assistée par ordinateur, ledit procédé offrant également un taux de réussite de transplantation remarquablement élevé. La présente invention concerne de plus un procédé production grâce auquel les effets secondaires résultant de la transplantation sont réduits de façon significative et grâce auquel il est possible de produire un modèle animal présentant un cancer du poumon peu de temps après la transplantation. 본 발명은 폐암 동물모델의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 폐암 동물모델의 제조방법은 CT를 이용하여 종양 조직의 이식이 성공적인지 실시간으로 확인하는 것이 가능하면서 이식의 성공률도 현저히 높은 동물모델을 제조하는 것이 가능하다. 또한 이식에 따른 부작용이 현저히 줄어들며, 이식 후 빠른 시간 안에 폐암 동물모델을 제조할 수 있는 제조방법을 제공할 수 있다.
