Summary: | The present invention relates to a stent that uses a shape memory alloy wire, the stent being an expansion device installed on a part of a body lumen, which is being constricted, or which has been constricted, so as to widen the passage of the lumen in response to the lesion part. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a method for manufacturing a stent using a shape memory alloy wire such that the stent maintains a high degree of conformability in a bent portion of a body lumen in which the same is inserted while substantially improving rigidness and durability against continuously applied fatigue, a stent manufactured thereby, and a jig for manufacturing the same. To this end, the present invention is characterized in that stent wires are connected in a geometrically rhombus shape by bending the same or by causing the same to bend/intersect at points of intersection between lines that evenly divide the circumferential surface of a jig that configures a stent and lines that split the same longitudinally, the resulting unit cell is continuously repeated to constitute a first stent (10), the unit cell is spaced downward by an offset pitch (Pv2) in the vertical direction such that a second stent (20), which is identical to the first stent, overlaps with the same, two sides provided in equiangular positions of the overlapped first and second stents (10, 20) are spaced by the offset pitch (Pv2), and a geometrically wide overlapping space portion (30) is formed and configured by the overlapping.
La présente invention concerne un stent qui utilise un fil d'alliage à mémoire de forme, le stent étant un dispositif de dilatation installé sur une partie d'une lumière corporelle, qui est ensuite resserrée, ou qui a été resserrée, de façon à élargir le passage de la lumière en réponse à la partie de lésion. L'objectif de la présente invention est de fournir un procédé de fabrication d'un stent utilisant un fil d'alliage à mémoire de forme de sorte que le stent maintienne un degré élevé de conformabilité dans une partie courbée d'une lumière corporelle dans laquelle celui-ci est inséré tout en améliorant sensiblement la rigidité et la durabilité à la fatigue appliquée en continu, un stent fabriqué par celui-ci, et un gabarit pour fabriquer celui-ci. À cet effet, la présente invention est caractérisée en ce que les fils de stent sont reliés dans une forme de rhombe par flexion de ceux-ci ou en amenant ceux-ci à se plier/croiser à des points d'intersection entre des lignes qui divisent uniformément la surface circonférentielle d'un gabarit qui configure un stent et des lignes qui divisent celle-ci longitudinalement, la cellule unitaire résultante est répétée de façon continue de façon à constituer un premier stent (10), la cellule unitaire est espacée vers le bas par un pas de décalage (Pv2) dans la direction verticale de sorte qu'un deuxième stent (20), qui est identique au premier stent, chevauche celui-ci, deux côtés disposés à des positions équi-angulaires des premier et deuxième stents se chevauchant (10, 20) sont espacés par le pas de décalage (Pv2), et une partie de chevauchement géométriquement large (30) est formée et configurée par le chevauchement.
본 발명은 신체 내강의 협착진행 또는 협착부위에 설치하여 병변부위에 대응하여 내강의 통로를 넓혀주기 위한 확장기구인 형상기억합금 와이어를 이용한 스텐트에 관한것이며, 삽입된 신체 내강의 굴곡부에서 순응성(Conformability)을 높게 유지하면서도 지속적으로 가해지는 피로에 강성과 내성을 크게 개선한 형상기억합금 와이어를 이용한 스텐트의 제조방법과 이에 의해 제조한 스텐트 및 이를 제조하기 위한 지그를 제공하고자 스텐트를 이루는 지그의 원주면 균분 선과 길이방향 분할 선을 연결하는 교차점에서 절곡 또는 절곡 교차시켜 기하 형상 마름모 상으로 스텐트 와이어를 결선하여 단위 셀을 연속 반복해 제1 스텐트(10)를 이루는 것과, 상기 단위 셀을 수직 방향으로 오프셋 피치(Pv2) 만큼 하향 이격시켜 제1 스텐트와 동일한 제2 스텐트(20)를 중첩시켜 이루어 중첩한 제1, 2 스텐트(10, 20)의 등각 위치에 마련된 두 변이 상기 오프셋 피치(Pv2)로 이격되고 그 중첩에 의하여 기하 형상의 폭넓은 중첩 공간부(30)를 형성하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다. |
