A closure (1) for sealingly closing a container neck (11) having a tubular body (2) with a top wall (4), an annular side wall (5), an intermediate wall (6) joining the side wall (5) to the top wall (4) and an annular tamper evidence band (3) frangibly connected to an open end (21) described by the side wall (5). The band (3) includes retaining cams (31) protruding from its inner surface (30). Each cam (31) has a lead-in ramp (32) for engaging, in use, the flange (12) of a container neck (11) as the neck (11) is introduced into the open end (21) of the body (2) and a stop (33) for engaging the flange (12) to separate the band (3) from the body (2) when the closure (1) is subsequently removed from the neck (11). Each lead-in ramp (32) has a central recess (34) therein. L'invention concerne un bouchon (1) permettant de fermer de manière étanche un col de récipient (11) comprenant un corps tubulaire (2) présentant une paroi supérieure (4), une paroi latérale annulaire (5), une paroi intermédiaire (6) raccordant la paroi latérale (5) à la paroi supérieure (4) et une bande d'inviolabilité annulaire (3) raccordée de manière frangible à une extrémité ouverte (21) décrite par la paroi latérale (5). La bande (3) comprend des cames de retenue (31) faisant saillie à partir de sa surface interne (30). Chaque came (31) comprend une rampe d'entrée (32) permettant l'entrée en prise, lors de l'utilisation, de la bride (12) d'un col de récipient (11) lorsque le col (11) est introduit dans l'extrémité ouverte (21) du corps (2) et une butée (33) permettant l'entrée en prise de la bride (12) pour séparer la bande (3) du corps (2) lorsque le bouchon (1) est ensuite retiré du col (11). Chaque rampe d'entrée (32) présente un évidement central (34) en son sein.
