Summary: | A method for manufacturing a packaged food product, said method comprising the steps of: (a) providing raw food ingredients combined in a pouch, wherein said pouch is liquid-impermeable and gas-impermeable; (b) sealing the pouch; and (c) subjecting the sealed pouch to a high-pressure heat treatment comprising a temperature of at least 122°C and a pressure of at least 2 bar, for a duration of at least 15 minutes.
La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un produit alimentaire emballé, ledit procédé comprenant les étapes consistant à : (a) fournir des ingrédients alimentaires crus combinés dans un sachet, ledit sachet étant imperméable aux liquides et imperméable aux gaz ; (b) sceller le sachet ; et (c) soumettre le sachet scellé à un traitement thermique haute pression à une température d'au moins 122 °C et à une pression d'au moins 2 bars, pendant une durée d'au moins 15 minutes. |
