Summary: | The present invention relates to a structure of a compact urea sensor module, in which an insoluble urease immobilization porous support, formed by immobilizing a urease on a porous structure made of a natural polymer, such as silkfibroin, or a synthetic polymer, is mounted within a fluid chamber, and an electrode surface of a three-electrode strip is exposed from the bottom surface of the chamber. The urea sensor according to the present invention is a sensor essential for evaluating a regenerated liquid of a portable peritoneal fluid regeneration system and has advantages in terms of portability, reproducibility, mass productivity, convenience and so on. Thus, the present invention could significantly contribute to the disease management of patients suffering from chronic kidney disease.
La présente invention concerne une structure d'un module capteur d'urée compact, dans lequel un support poreux d'immobilisation d'uréase insoluble, formé par l'immobilisation d'une uréase sur une structure poreuse constituée d'un polymère naturel, comme la fibroïne de soie, ou d'un polymère synthétique, est monté à l'intérieur d'une chambre de fluide, et une surface d'électrode d'une bande de trois électrodes est exposée depuis la surface inférieure de la chambre. Le capteur d'urée selon la présente invention est un capteur essentiel pour évaluer un liquide régénéré d'un système de régénération de fluide péritonéal portatif et présente des avantages en termes de portabilité, reproductibilité, productivité de masse, commodité et ainsi de suite. Ainsi, la présente invention pourrait contribuer de manière significative à la prise en charge de maladie chez des patients souffrant d'une maladie rénale chronique.
