Disclosed are an electronic pen and an electronic input system which interwork with a display device. The electronic pen according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a wheel button which interworks with a display device and controls the mode of the pen to be at least any one from among a writing mode, an erasing mode, a selection mode and a scroll mode according to a function executed in the display device; and a touch head which physically touches the display device.
