Summary:A device is disclosed for the securement of dermal tissues. The device provides approximation and eversion of the tissue as well as the placement of a fixation element that bridges a wound. The fixation element may be produced in several fixed or dynamic configurations that may or may not alter the ability to engage tissue in response to stresses placed upon the fixation member post-deployment. The delivery device inserts the fastener percutaneously through the epidermis into the sub-dermal position without entering the wound margins with any part of the approximation portion of the delivery device. L'invention concerne un dispositif pour la fixation de tissus dermiques. Le dispositif assure l'approximation et l'éversion du tissu, ainsi que le placement d'un élément de fixation qui comble une plaie. L'élément de fixation peut être produit dans plusieurs configurations fixes ou dynamiques qui peuvent ou non modifier la capacité à engager un tissu en réponse aux contraintes exercées sur l'élément de fixation après le déploiement. Le dispositif de pose introduit l'attache par voie percutanée à travers l'épiderme dans la position sous-dermique sans qu'une partie quelconque de la partie d'approximation du dispositif de pose entre dans les bords de plaie.
