Summary:The present invention relates to a nanocomposite comprising: a nano drug delivery system; and a ginseng extract or ginsenoside separated therefrom, and a method for producing the same. The nanocomposite can be used for the prevention or treatment of cancer and inflammatory diseases. The production time of the nanocomposite of the present invention is significantly reduced compared to conventional metal nanoparticles, and metal nanocomposites having a uniform size can be produced without the addition of a separate reducing agent or stabilizer. Also, the nanocomposite of the present invention has a high solubility in water and a high ability to target cancer cells, and thus is advantageous to be developed as a drug. In addition, the nanocomposite of the present invention exhibits high anti-cancer activity, anti-inflammatory activity, etc., and thus can be usefully utilized in the prevention and treatment of cancer and inflammatory diseases. Furthermore, the nanocomposite of the present invention has antibacterial activity, biofilm decomposition activity and anticoagulant activity, and thus can be utilized in various business fields. La présente invention concerne un nanocomposite comprenant : un système d'administration de médicament nanométrique ; et un extrait de ginseng ou un ginsénoside séparé de celui-ci, et son procédé de production. Le nanocomposite peut être utilisé pour la prévention ou le traitement du cancer et de maladies inflammatoires. Le temps de production du nanocomposite de la présente invention est significativement réduit par rapport aux nanoparticules métalliques classiques, et des nanocomposites métalliques d'une taille uniforme peuvent être produites sans ajout d'agent réducteur distinct ou de stabilisateur distinct. Également, le nanocomposite de la présente invention possède une solubilité élevée dans l'eau et une grande capacité à cibler les cellules cancéreuses, et est ainsi avantageux à développer en tant que médicament. De plus, le nanocomposite de la présente invention dispose d'une activité anticancéreuse, d'une activité anti-inflammatoire etc. élevées, et peut ainsi être utilisé de façon efficace dans la prévention et le traitement du cancer et de maladies inflammatoires. En outre, le nanocomposite de la présente invention possède une activité antibactérienne, une activité de décomposition de biofilm et une activité anticoagulante, et peut donc être utilisé dans divers domaines professionnels. 나노 약물전달체; 및 인삼추출물 또는 이로부터 분리된 진세노사이드를 포함하는 나노 복합체와 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 상기 나노 복합체는 암 및 염증성 질환의 예방 또는 치료에 사용될 수 있다. 본 발명의 나노 복합체는 종래 금속 나노입자보다 제조시간이 현저히 단축되고, 별도의 환원제 또는 안정제의 부가 없이도 크기가 균일한 금속 나노 복합제를 제조할 수 있다. 또한, 물에대한 용해도가 높고, 암세포에 대한 타겟 능력이 높아 약물로 개발되기에 유리하다. 또한, 높은 항암, 항염 활성 등을 나타내므로 암 및 염증 질환의 예방, 치료에 유용하게 활용될 수 있으며, 나아가 항균활성, 바이오필름 분해 활성, 항응고 활성을 가져 다양한 사업분야에서 활용될 수 있다.
