The present invention discloses a creatine mother liquor separation and purification processing system, wherein the system includes a mother liquor tank for containing the mother liquor following creatine synthesis, the mother liquor tank is connected with a liquid conveying tube, the liquid conveying tube is connected in series with a first liquid feed pump which pumps the mother liquor into an electrodialyzer for separation and purification, the electrodialyzer being installed with an electrodialysis membrane; and a creatine solution tank and a salt-containing solution tank are connected in series downstream of the electrodialyzer, and respectively contain a creatine solution and a salt-containing solution following processing of the mother liquor by the electrodialyzer.
