The system comprising said fixture (9) additionally comprises at least one heat source (10), at least one flow sensor (13), at least one circuit board (11) and at least one circulation pump (12). Cette invention concerne un appareil (9) qui empêche l'eau froide ou l'eau qui n'a pas encore atteint la valeur de température souhaitée d'être gaspillé jusqu'à ce que la température de l'eau devant s'écouler à travers ledit appareil atteigne une certaine valeur. Ledit appareil comprend au moins un guide thermostatique (1) et au moins une cartouche thermostatique (2). Le système comprenant ledit appareil (9) comprend en outre au moins une source de chaleur (10), au moins un capteur de débit (13), au moins une carte de circuit imprimé (11) et au moins une pompe de circulation (12).
