Summary:Disclosed is an adhesive laminate core manufacturing apparatus for successively forming lamina members of a predetermined shape while allowing a strip-shaped material, of which the surface is coated with an adhesive layer, to pass therethrough, and successively manufacturing laminate cores comprising the lamina members integrated, per predetermined sheet, by interlaminar bonding. The adhesive laminate core manufacturing apparatus according to one aspect of the present invention comprises: a protrusion forming unit pressing the material for the delamination of the laminate cores, so as to form interlaminar delamination protrusions on the surface of the material at each predetermined position along the longitudinal direction of the material; a blanking unit blanking the material so as to successively form the lamina members; and a lamination unit integrating the lamina members so as to successively manufacture the laminate cores. According to the present invention, the laminate cores, in which the predetermined sheets of the laminar members are integrated in an interlaminar bonding manner, can be continuously manufactured by using the strip-shaped material of which the surface is coated with the adhesive layer in advance. L'invention concerne un appareil de fabrication de noyau laminé adhésif permettant la formation successive d'éléments en feuillets d'une forme prédéfinie tout en permettant à un matériau en forme de bande, dont la surface est revêtue d'une couche adhésive, de les traverser, et de fabriquer successivement des noyaux laminés comprenant les éléments en feuillets intégrés, par feuille prédéfinie, par assemblage de laminés. L'appareil de fabrication de noyau laminé adhésif, selon un aspect de la présente invention, comprend : une unité de formation de protubérances exerçant une pression sur le matériau pour la délamination des noyaux laminés, de manière à former des protubérances de délamination interlaminaire sur la surface du matériau au niveau de chaque position prédéfinie suivant la direction du matériau ; une unité de découpage découpant le matériau de manière à former successivement les éléments en feuillets ; et une unité à laminer permettant d'intégrer les éléments en feuillets de manière à fabriquer successivement les noyaux laminés. Selon la présente invention, les noyaux laminés, dans lesquels des feuilles prédéfinies des éléments en feuillets sont intégrées par assemblage de laminés, peuvent être fabriqués en continu en utilisant un matériau en forme de bande dont la surface est revêtue par avance d'une couche adhésive. 본 발명은; 표면에 접착제층이 코팅된 띠 형상의 소재를 통과시키면서 소정 형상의 라미나 부재들을 순차적으로 형성하고, 층간 접착에 의해 소정 매수씩 일체화된 라미나 부재들을 포함하는 적층코어들을 순차적으로 제조하는 접착식 적층코어 제조장치를 개시한다. 본 발명의 일 형태에 따른 접착식 적층코어 제조장치는: 상기 적층코어들간의 분할을 위해 상기 소재를 가압해서, 상기 소재의 길이 방향을 따라 소정의 위치마다 상기 소재의 표면에 층간분할용 돌기 형성하는 돌기 성형유닛; 상기 소재를 블랭킹(Blanking)해서 상기 라미나 부재들을 순차적으로 형성하는 블랭킹 유닛; 그리고 상기 라미나 부재들을 일체화해서, 상기 적층코어들을 순차적으로 제조하는 라미네이트 유닛을 포함하여 구성된다. 본 발명에 의하면, 표면에 접착제층이 미리 코팅된 띠 형상 소재를 이용해서 라미나 부재들이 소재 매수씩 층간 접착방식으로 일체화된 적층코어가 연속적으로 제조될 수 있다.
