Summary:Systems and methods are provided for investigating a downhole formation using a nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) tool having two or more radio frequency receiving coils. While the tool is moving through the borehole, the formation is magnetized and resulting signals are obtained. In accordance with the present approach, the acquired signals can be resolved azimuthally and can be reconstructed to obtain an indication of a parameter of the formation at multiple locations along the length of the borehole. L'invention concerne des systèmes et procédés d'investigation d'une formation de fond de trou à l'aide d'un outil de résonance magnétique nucléaire (RMN) comportant au moins deux bobines de réception radiofréquence. Pendant que l'outil se déplace dans le trou de forage, la formation est magnétisée et des signaux résultants sont obtenus. Selon la présente approche, les signaux acquis peuvent être résolus de manière azimutale et peuvent être reconstruits pour obtenir une indication d'un paramètre de la formation à de multiples emplacements sur la longueur du trou de forage.
