This endoscope system consists of a processor and a scope. The processor includes: a ground terminal provided on an exterior surface of an enclosure; a return terminal which is provided on the exterior surface and is connected to the ground terminal via an external capacitor disposed outside the enclosure; and a relay wiring line which is connected to the return terminal and is disposed inside the enclosure. The scope includes: a connector portion that can be attached to and detached from the processor; a channel into which a treatment tool is inserted; and a return wiring line which connects a metal member located in close proximity to the channel to the connector portion. In this configuration, when the connector portion is attached to the processor, the return wiring line and the relay wiring line are connected to one another, and by this means the metal member is connected to the ground terminal via the return wiring line, the relay wiring line, the return terminal and the external capacitor. Ce système endoscope comprend un processeur et une portée. Le processeur comprend : une borne de terre disposée sur une surface extérieure d'une enceinte ; une borne de retour qui est disposée sur la surface extérieure et est connectée à la borne de terre par l'intermédiaire d'un condensateur externe disposé à l'extérieur de l'enceinte ; et une ligne de câblage de relais qui est connectée à la borne de retour et est disposée à l'intérieur de l'enceinte. La portée comprend : une partie de connecteur qui peut être fixée et détachée du processeur ; un canal dans lequel un outil de traitement est inséré ; et une ligne de câblage de retour qui relie un élément métallique situé à proximité du canal à la partie de connexion.
