Abstract | An anisotropic conductive film for achieving an anisotropic conductive connection between a terminal of a first electronic component and a terminal of a second electronic component. This anisotropic conductive film contains a crystalline resin, an amorphous resin and conductive particles; and the amorphous resin comprises a first amorphous resin and a second amorphous resin that has a glass transition point lower than the glass transition point of the first amorphous resin.
L'invention concerne un film conducteur anisotrope servant à réaliser une connexion conductrice anisotrope entre une borne d'un premier composant électronique et une borne d'un second composant électronique. Ce film conducteur anisotrope contient une résine cristalline, une résine amorphe et des particules conductrices ; et la résine amorphe comprend une première résine amorphe et une seconde résine amorphe qui possède une température de transition vitreuse inférieure à la température de transition vitreuse de la première résine amorphe.
