The present invention provides a transdermally absorbable preparation which is configured such that a medicine-containing adhesive layer is formed on a support material, wherein the adhesive layer contains at least a thermoplastic elastomer and a higher fatty acid ester and also contains a tackifier at a content of 10% by weight or less. The transdermally absorbable preparation has good adhesion to the skin, low irritation to the skin, and good medicine solubility and good medicine-releasing properties.
