This solution may be used in medicine or as a medicament. La présente invention concerne une nouvelle formulation pour l'administration d'un peptide antimicrobien (AMP) pour le traitement d'infections, en particulier dans les poumons et/ou les voies respiratoires. La présente invention concerne plus particulièrement un peptide chargé dans un polymère d'acide hyaluronique, de préférence un peptide antimicrobien encapsulé dans des nanoparticules d'acide hyaluronique. Cette solution peut être utilisée en médecine ou comme médicament.
