Summary:The present invention relates to a composition containing an araloside-based compound and, more particularly, to a composition for external application to skin, the composition containing, as an active ingredient, an araloside-based compound, including araloside X, araloside V, and araloside VII, and thus, the composition restores skin markers damaged by external environmental stress, such as harmful substances or fine dust, and reduces the expression of skin inflammatory factors to help skin recovery, thereby providing effects, such as anti - oxidation, skin trouble suppression, anti - inflammation, or skin barrier improvement .
