Summary:The present invention relates to: a method for increasing a collagen yield, and collagen prepared using the same. To this end, the present invention comprises, in order to sterilize animal-derived tissue through irradiation without denaturation of collagen and simultaneously increase a collagen yield, the steps of: sterilizing animal-derived tissue by irradiating the same; washing and pulverizing the sterilized animal-derived tissue; isolating collagen by reacting the pulverized tissue with an acidic or enzyme solution; extracting collagen by adding a salt; and sequentially removing the salt from the isolated collagen. The present invention removes bacteria and endotoxins by irradiating animal-derived tissue, thereby increasing preservability and increasing yield without the denaturation of the collagen, and thus the quality and reliability of collagen is remarkably improved, thereby satisfying various needs of users such that a good image can be promoted. La présente invention concerne un procédé permettant d'augmenter un rendement de collagène et le collagène ainsi obtenu. À cet effet, la présente invention comprend, afin de stériliser le tissu d'origine animale par irradiation sans dénaturation du collagène et d'augmenter simultanément un rendement de collagène, les étapes consistant à : stériliser un tissu d'origine animale par irradiation; laver et pulvériser le tissu d'origine animale stérilisé; isoler le collagène par réaction du tissu pulvérisé avec une solution enzymatique ou acide; extraire le collagène par addition d'un sel; et éliminer séquentiellement le sel du collagène isolé. La présente invention élimine les bactéries et les endotoxines par irradiation du tissu d'origine animale, ce qui permet d'augmenter la conservabilité et d'augmenter le rendement sans dénaturation du collagène, la qualité et la fiabilité du collagène étant considérablement améliorées, ce qui permet de satisfaire différents besoins des utilisateurs de telle sorte qu'une bonne image peut être favorisée. 본 발명은 콜라겐의 수득율을 높이는 방법 및 이를 이용하여 제조된 콜라겐에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 이를 위해 콜라겐의 변성 없이 방사선 조사를 통해 동물유래 조직을 멸균하고 동시에 콜라겐의 수득률을 증가시키기 위해: 동물유래 조직에 방사선을 조사하여 멸균하는 단계; 상기 멸균된 동물유래 조직을 세척 및 분쇄하는 단계; 상기 분쇄된 조직을 산성 또는 효소 용액과 반응시켜 콜라겐을 분리하는 단계; 이후 염을 첨가하여 콜라겐을 추출하는 단계; 및 이어서 분리된 콜라겐으로부터 염을 제거하는 단계;가 포함된다. 상기와 같이 구성된 본 발명은 동물유래 조직에 방사선을 조사하여 균과 내독소를 제거함으로써 보존성을 높임과 아울러 콜라겐의 변성 없이 수득률을 높일 수 있도록 한 것이고, 이로 인해 콜라겐의 품질과 신뢰성을 대폭 향상시키므로 사용자들의 다양한 욕구(니즈)를 충족시켜 좋은 이미지를 심어줄 수 있도록 한 것이다.
