The first clamping arm (2) is connected to an upper lever arm (1) via the first connecting rod (15). The second clamping arm (17) is connected to a lower lever arm (10) via the second connecting rod (14). The upper lever arm (1) is connected to a retractable adjusting pull rod (7) via a pin shaft. The retractable adjusting pull rod (7) is connected to a triangle plate arm (11) via the pin shaft. A threaded rod is provided in an actuator (16). A trapezoidal boss is provided on the threaded rod.
