Summary:The present invention relates to a dual-structure stent. More particularly, wires made of a super-elastic shape memory alloy are woven or crossed in the form of a net and in the form of a hollow cylindrical shape to form a plurality of spaces, and the stent includes inner and outer stents which are formed at both ends thereof with a plurality of bent ends formed in the circumferential direction and are heat-treated, wherein the inner stent comprises a coating made of a PTFE coating or a silicone coating or a similar material on the surface to close a plurality of space parts, the space parts of the inner stent and the space parts of the outer stent are sewn and connected to each other by a connecting yarn, and the connecting yarn is made of a biodegradable polymer component which is melted by body fluids. La présente invention concerne un stent à double structure. Plus particulièrement, des fils d'alliage à mémoire de forme superélastique sont tissés ou croisés sous la forme d'un filet et sous la forme d'une forme cylindrique creuse pour former une pluralité d'espaces, et le stent comprend des stents interne et externe qui sont formés aux deux extrémités de celui-ci avec une pluralité d'extrémités fléchies formées dans la direction circonférentielle et sont traités thermiquement, le stent interne comprenant un revêtement constitué d'un revêtement de PTFE ou d'un revêtement de silicone ou un matériau similaire sur la surface pour fermer une pluralité de parties d'espace, les parties d'espace du stent interne et les parties d'espace du stent externe sont cousues et reliées les unes aux autres par un fil de liaison, et le fil de liaison est constituée d'un composant de polymère biodégradable qui est fondu par des fluides corporels. 본 발명은 이중 구조 스텐트에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 초탄성 형상기억합금으로 이루어진 와이어를 중공식 원통형의 형상으로 그물망 형태로 엮거나 교차시켜서 다수의 공간부를 형성하며, 양단에는 각각 원주 방향으로 다수의 절곡단을 형성하고 열처리한 내,외측 스텐트를 포함하며, 내측 스텐트는 PTFE 피막 또는 실리콘 피막 또는 이와 유사한 물질로 제조된 피막을 표면에 형성하여 다수의 공간부를 폐쇄하고, 내측 스텐트의 공간부와 외측 스텐트의 공간부를 연결사로 꿰매어 연결하며, 연결사는 체액에 의해 녹는 생분해성 폴리머 성분으로 제조한 것을 특징으로 한다.
