Summary:The present invention relates to a method and system for generating a three-dimensional surface image using multi-energy X-ray imaging and an optical image and, more particularly, to a method and system for generating a three-dimensional surface image using multi-energy X-ray imaging and an optical image, which comprises: reconstructing an X-ray tomographic image in which the contrast of a soft tissue including the skin of a subject is enhanced, using two or more pieces of multi-energy X-ray transmission data; calculating a three-dimensional surface model for the subject; and further generating a three-dimensional surface image of the subject by combining optical image information including color information and the like for the subject. La présente invention concerne un procédé et un système permettant la génération d'une image de surface tridimensionnelle à l'aide d'une imagerie par rayons X multi-énergie et d'une image optique et, plus précisément, un procédé et un système permettant la génération d'une image de surface tridimensionnelle à l'aide d'une imagerie par rayons X multi-énergie et d'une image optique, comprenant : la reconstruction d'une image tomographique à rayons X dans laquelle le contraste d'un tissu mou comprenant la peau d'un sujet est accentué, au moyen de deux, ou de plus de deux, éléments de données d'émission de rayons X multi-énergie ; le calcul d'un modèle de surface tridimensionnelle pour le sujet ; et la génération en outre d'une image de surface tridimensionnelle du sujet en combinant des informations d'image optique comprenant des informations de couleurs et analogues pour le sujet. 본 발명은 다중 에너지 엑스선 촬영 및 광학 영상을 이용한 입체 표면 영상 생성 방법 및 시스템에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로는 둘 이상의 다중 에너지 X선 투과 데이터를 이용하여 피검체의 피부를 포함하는 연조직의 대조도(contrast)가 향상된 X선 단층 영상을 재구성하고 상기 피검체에 대한 입체 표면 모델을 산출하며, 나아가 상기 피검체에 대한 색상 정보 등을 포함하는 광학 영상 정보를 결합하여 상기 피검체에 대한 입체 표면 영상을 생성하는 다중 에너지 엑스선 촬영 및 광학 영상을 이용한 입체 표면 영상 생성 방법 및 시스템에 관한 것이다.
