An assembly used to form the trench in the capsule includes a housing, and a blade extending outwardly from the housing. Une capsule destinée à recouvrir la partie supérieure d'une bouteille comprend une partie inférieure conçue pour s'enrouler autour du goulot de la bouteille, une partie supérieure reliée à la partie inférieure et conçue pour être retirée de la partie inférieure afin d'exposer une partie supérieure du goulot, ainsi qu'un évidement formé autour de la périphérie d'un bord supérieur de la partie inférieure. Un ensemble constituant l'évidement dans la capsule comprend un logement et une lamelle s'étendant vers l'extérieur à partir du logement.
