In order to allow surgeons to both hold the endoscope and use the aspirator with one hand; and use another device with the other hand so as to perform the back-and- forth movement of the suction, when required, or do other required operations; the invention relates to a combined endoscopy-suction-haemostat device (1), which comprises: an endoscopy channel (13) in which the endoscope is placed; an inlet channel (15) through which the endoscope light cable enters into the system; a button (11) which allows turning the suction on and off and adjusting its power; an suction connection channel (16) providing the connection between the suction device found outside and the suction tip that can move back and forth; an suction channel (14) through which the movable aspirator tip proceeds; a trigger mechanism (12) which first allows said movable suction tip to proceed within the suction channel (14) to perform suction; and then withdraw back into the suction channel (14). Afin de permettre aux chirurgiens de tenir l'endoscope et d'utiliser l'aspirateur avec une seule main; et utiliser un autre dispositif avec l'autre main de manière à effectuer le mouvement de va-et-vient de l'aspiration, si nécessaire, ou effectuer d'autres opérations requises; l'invention concerne un dispositif combiné d'endoscopie-aspiration-hémostatique (1), qui comprend : un canal d'endoscopie (13) dans lequel l'endoscope est placé; un canal d'entrée (15) à travers lequel le câble optique d'endoscope pénètre dans le système; un bouton (11) qui permet d'activer et désactiver l'aspiration et d'ajuster sa puissance; un canal de raccordement d'aspiration (16) assurant le raccordement entre le dispositif d'aspiration situé à l'extérieur et l'embout d'aspiration qui peut se déplacer vers l'arrière et vers l'avant; un canal d'aspiration (14) à travers lequel l'embout d'aspirateur mobile avance; un mécanisme de déclenchement (12) qui permet dans un premier temps audit embout d'aspiration mobile d'avancer à l'intérieur du canal d'aspiration (14) pour effectuer une aspiration; et ensuite de se retirer dans le canal d'aspiration (14).
