The present application provides: a pharmaceutical composition for treating and/or preventing cancer, which contains a polynucleotide derived from miRNA associated with the cancer as an active ingredient; a combination medicine comprising the pharmaceutical composition and another anti-tumor agent; and a method for treating or preventing cancer in a subject suffering from the cancer using the pharmaceutical composition or the combination medicine.
