The present invention provides a dihydronaphtho[2,3-b]benzofuran derivative represented by formula (1) that can be applied to the prevention and treatment of NTRK fusion-gene-positive cancers (such as non-small-cell lung cancer), a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof, solvates of these, and a pharmaceutical composition containing these as an active ingredient.
