The image projection device, according to one embodiment of the present invention, comprises: an optical module for projecting an image in the direction of a surface extending from an arranged surface where the image projection device is arranged; a processor for controlling the optical module; and a sensor module for detecting the rotating angle of the image projection device having a rotating shaft to be a shaft perpendicular to the arranged surface, wherein the processor may correct an image on the basis of the rotating angle if the rotating angle detected by the sensor module is within a predetermined rotation range.
