La présente invention, contrairement à la technologie conventionnelle, a développé un appareil et une technique pour la séparation de l'écorce, de l'intérieur et des débris, qui constituait jusqu'à présent le plus gros obstacle à la production en masse de pâte à papier de haute qualité, ce qui permet de produire de la pâte à papier de haute qualité, d'utiliser de la pâte à papier produite non blanchie en tant que matière première pour la fabrication de papier d'emballage industriel en raison de l'excellente résistance de la pâte, d'utiliser la pâte à papier chimique à base de maïs blanchie pour la fabrication de papier hygiénique et de mouchoirs en papier, et son application à différentes techniques de fabrication de papier en mélangeant les pâtes, ayant des caractéristiques différentes, telles qu'une pâte à papier chimique blanchie à l'aiguille, une pâte à papier chimique blanchie à la feuille, et une pâte à papier thermomécanique chimique blanchie (BCTMP). 본 발명은 종래 기술과 달리 고품질의 제지용 펄프를 대량 생산에 가장 큰 장애로 대두되었던 겉대, 속대 및 부스러기의 분리를 위한 장치와 기술을 개발함으로써 고품질 펄프의 생산을 가능하게 할 수 있고, 생산된 미표백펄프는 강도가 우수하여 산업포장용지 제조용 원료로 사용할 수 있으며, 표백 옥수수 화학펄프는 화장지(toilet and facial paper) 및 박엽지(tissues) 제조에 적합하고, 침엽수 표백 화학펄프, 활엽수 표백 화학펄프, 표백 화학 열기계펄프(BCTMP) 등의 특성이 다른 펄프의 혼합을 통하여 다양한 종이 제조 기술에 적용할 수 있다.
