The purpose of the present invention is to provide a management system, management method, and management program, which are capable of displaying the temporal progress of a manufacturing process in a manner in which idle time is taken into account. Provided is a management system (1), which carries out work process management in manufacturing areas on the basis of sensor information which is collected from sensors which are installed in the manufacturing areas. The management system (1) comprises an acquisition unit (131) and a display processing unit (133). The acquisition unit (131) acquires information of idle periods during work in the manufacturing areas. When displaying the temporal progress of manufacturing processes on a temporal axis on the basis of the sensor information, the display processing unit (133) causes a display unit to display said temporal progress of the manufacturing processes with the durations from the start times to the end times of the acquired idle periods having been compressed.
