Described is a method for forming three-dimensional objects by photo-curing a photo-curing liquid polymer exposed to a radiation, wherein said three-dimensional objects form by growth, due to the progressive curing of said photo-curing liquid polymer, in the space between a sheet transparent to the radiation and a supporting plate, that is, a portion already formed of said objects, said supporting plate progressively moving away from said transparent sheet, characterised in that on the side of said transparent sheet facing towards the photo-curing liquid polymer a membrane is arranged, said membrane being transparent to said radiation, said membrane being covered by a layer of liquid lubricant, which is released gradually by said membrane, as well as an apparatus for implementing the method. L'invention concerne un procédé pour former des objets tridimensionnels par photodurcissement d'un polymère liquide photodurcissable exposé à un rayonnement, lesdits objets tridimensionnels étant formés par croissance, en raison du durcissement progressif dudit polymère liquide photodurcissable, dans l'espace entre une feuille transparente au rayonnement et une plaque de support, c'est-à-dire une partie déjà formée desdits objets, ladite plaque de support s'éloignant progressivement de ladite feuille transparente, caractérisé en ce qu'une membrane est agencée sur le côté de ladite feuille transparente orienté vers le polymère liquide photodurcissable, ladite membrane étant transparente audit rayonnement, ladite membrane étant recouverte par une couche de lubrifiant liquide, qui est libéré graduellement par ladite membrane, ainsi qu'un appareil pour mettre en oeuvre le procédé.
