Summary:A rotating replacement device is provided with, on the inside peripheral surface of a first rotor (41) that forms a through hole (41a), a positioning means (13) that comes in contact with the outer peripheral surface of a contact tip (12) accommodated in the through hole (41a) so as to make a center axis of the contact tip (12) be aligned with or brought closer to a rotational center (R2) of the rotor. Selon la présente invention, un dispositif de remplacement rotatif est pourvu, sur la surface périphérique interne d'un premier rotor (41) qui forme un trou traversant (41a), de moyens de positionnement (13) qui viennent en contact avec la surface périphérique externe d'une pointe de contact (12) logée dans le trou traversant (41a) de manière à aligner ou à rapprocher un axe central de la pointe de contact (12) avec un centre de rotation (R2) du rotor. 第１回転体（４１）の貫通孔（４１ａ）を形成する内周面には、貫通孔（４１ａ）に収容したコンタクトチップ（１２）の外周面に接触してコンタクトチップ（１２）の中心軸を回転中心（Ｒ２）に一致させるか、或いは、接近させる位置決め手段（１３）が設けられる。
