An endoscope device and application thereof. The application method comprises the following steps: inserting a distal end of a first tube (10, 100) into a patient's body and further to an examination site inside the patient's body; capturing an image of the examination site by using a camera assembly (20, 200) installed proximate to the distal end of the first tube (10, 100) and located inside the first tube (10, 100), and further transmitting data of the captured image through a transfer unit (30, 300) to a master computer for analysis; and extracting a foreign object inside the patient's body or collecting a sample through the first tube (10, 100), or injecting a pharmaceutical liquid medicine into the patient's body through a second tube (50, 500), or injecting a cleaning liquid used on the camera assembly (20, 200) through the second tube (50, 500).
