Summary:The present invention relates to sulfonamide compounds Formula (I) wherein the substituents are as described herein, and their use in a medicine for the treatment of diseases, disorders associated with the inhibition of Voltage-gated sodium channels (VGSC) particularly NaV1.7. It further relates to the compounds herein and their pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, pharmaceutical compositions thereof useful in treating diseases, disorders, syndromes and/or conditions associated with the inhibition of Voltage-gated sodium channels (VGSC) particularly NaV1.7. The invention also relates to process for the preparation of the compounds of the invention. (I) La présente invention concerne des composés de sulfonamide de formule (I) dont les substituants sont tels que définis dans la description, et leur utilisation dans un médicament destiné à traiter des maladies, ou des troubles associés à l'inhibition des canaux sodiques voltage-dépendants (VGSC) en particulier NaV1.7. L'invention concerne également les composés selon l'invention et leurs sels pharmaceutiquement acceptables, des compositions pharmaceutiques les contenant utiles dans le traitement de maladies, de troubles, de syndromes et/ou d'affections associés à l'inhibition des canaux sodiques voltage-dépendants (VGSC) en particulier NaV1.7.
