La présente invention concerne un procédé d'utilisation d'un serveur consistant à recevoir, à partir d'un dispositif, une demande de délivrance de carte et, en réponse à la réception de la demande, à regrouper des informations utilisateur enregistrées sur le serveur, à déterminer des informations indiquant si une délivrance de carte est approuvée sur la base de la demande et des informations utilisateur regroupées et à transmettre, au réseau, les informations.
