The present invention relates to a peritoneal circulation device comprising: a first tube, one side of which is connected to a storage container that contains a peritoneal effusion, and the other side of which is connected to an injection catheter for injecting the peritoneal effusion into the peritoneal cavity of the patient; and a second tube, one side of which is connected to a discharge catheter for discharging the peritoneal effusion of the patient, and the other side of which is connected to the storage container, wherein the second tube comprises a discharge chamber, which is connected to the discharge catheter, a discharge pump, which is connected to the discharge chamber so as to transfer the discharged peritoneal effusion to the storage container, and a pressure display tube, which is connected to the upper end of the discharge chamber, and which can sense the status of discharge of the peritoneal effusion and the internal pressure of the peritoneal cavity.
