The system for providing information on the current business state of the neighborhood living facility comprises: a power consumption information collection unit for collecting power consumption amount information of the neighborhood living facility; a power consumption information analysis unit for analyzing the power consumption amount information, which has been collected by the power consumption information collection unit, and extracting a feature of a power consumption amount of the neighborhood living facility; and an open-or-not determination unit for determining whether the neighborhood living facility is open for business at a predetermined time point, on the basis of the feature of the power consumption amount of the neighborhood living facility which has been analyzed by the power consumption information analysis unit, and providing information on whether the neighborhood living facility is open for business.
