A heat dissipating sheet having an antenna function, and a portable terminal comprising same are provided. The heat dissipating sheet, having an antenna function, according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: an antenna unit formed into an antenna pattern having a predetermined line width; and a heat dissipating unit disposed on the same plane as the antenna unit, and dissipating heat transferred from a heat source or distributing locally concentrated heat, wherein the antenna unit and the heat dissipating unit are directly attached to an inner surface of a rear case or a back cover of a portable terminal body through a medium of an adhesive member. L'invention concerne une feuille de dissipation de chaleur ayant une fonction d'antenne, ainsi qu'un terminal portable comprenant celle-ci. La feuille de dissipation de chaleur ayant une fonction d'antenne selon un mode de réalisation de la présente invention comprend : une unité d'antenne formée dans un motif d'antenne ayant une largeur de ligne prédéterminée ; et une unité de dissipation de chaleur disposée sur le même plan que l'unité d'antenne et dissipant la chaleur transférée depuis une source de chaleur ou distribuant la chaleur concentrée localement.
