The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition containing: a first composition containing amlodipine or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof and valsartan or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof; and a second composition containing rosuvastatin or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. The pharmaceutical composition has excellent stability and a high elution rate of active ingredients, can be used in preventing and treating a cardiovascular disease, hypertension, arteriosclerosis, hyperlipidemia, and a complex disease thereof, in a more improved level, by alleviating side effects of conventional single preparations, by a synergistic combination of drugs having different mechanisms of action, and improves drug compliance. La présente invention se rapporte à une composition pharmaceutique contenant : une première composition contenant l'amlodipine ou un sel pharmaceutiquement acceptable de cette dernière et le valsartan ou un sel pharmaceutiquement acceptable de ce dernier ; et une seconde composition contenant la rosuvastatine ou un sel pharmaceutiquement acceptable de cette dernière. La composition pharmaceutique présente une excellente stabilité et un taux d'élution élevé des principes actifs, peut être utilisée dans la prévention et le traitement d'une maladie cardiovasculaire, de l'hypertension, de l'artériosclérose, de l'hyperlipidémie et d'une maladie complexe de ces derniers, à un niveau plus élevé, en atténuant les effets secondaires de préparations uniques classiques, par une combinaison synergique de médicaments ayant des mécanismes d'action différents, et améliore l'observance de la thérapie médicamenteuse. 본 발명은 암로디핀(amlodipine) 또는 이의 약제학적으로 허용가능한 염과 발사르탄(valsartan) 또는 이의 약제학적으로 허용가능한 염을 포함하는 제1조성물; 및 로수바스타틴(rosuvastatin) 또는 이의 약제학적으로 허용가능한 염을 포함하는 제2조성물을 포함하는 약학적 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 상기 약학적 조성물은 안정성이 우수하고, 활성성분 용출률이 높으며, 상이한 작용기전을 가지는 약물의 상승적 조합에 의해 기존 단일 제제의 부작용을 완화하여 보다 향상된 정도로 심혈관계 질환, 고혈압, 동맥경화증, 고지혈증 및 이들의 복합질환에 대한 예방 및 치료에 사용될 수 있으며, 복약 순응도를 개선한다.
