Summary:A method includes sampling a common signal over a plurality of iterations (504), concatenating the sampled iterations (610), summing samples (508) of the concatenated iterations within a window of predetermined sample width (620), at each of a plurality of window positions along the concatenated iterations (610), and estimating noise of the common signal from the summed sample values at the window positions (508). Un procédé consiste à : échantillonner un signal commun sur une pluralité d'itérations (504) ; concaténer les itérations échantillonnées (610) ; additionner des échantillons (508) des itérations concaténées, dans une fenêtre de largeur d'échantillon prédéterminée (620), à chacune d'une pluralité de positions de fenêtre le long des itérations concaténées (610) ; et estimer le bruit du signal commun à partir des valeurs échantillon additionnées aux positions de fenêtre (508).
