The Ethernet service configuration method comprises: receiving a configuration request of at least one new service sent by a user; determining an access network element corresponding to each new service, and determining routing information from the access network element to an aggregation network element; importing a configuration parameter template, and generating increment service configuration data according to the routing information and the configuration parameter template; and issuing configuration information in the increment service configuration data to the aggregation network element and the access network element to conduct data configuration.
