Summary: | The present invention relates to a Saccharomyces sp. microorganism having a lactic acid productive capacity, and a method for producing a lactic acid using the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to a Saccharomyces sp. microorganism having a lactic acid productive capacity, mutated such that activity of pyruvate decarboxylase (PDC) is weakened or inactivated compared to intrinsic activity, ATP-citrate lyase (ACL) activity is introduced, and a pyruvate biosynthetic pathway is potentiated compared to an intrinsic biosynthetic pathway, and a method for producing a lactic acid using the same.
La présente invention concerne un micro-organisme de type Saccharomyces sp. présentant une capacité de production d'acide lactique, et un procédé de production d'un acide lactique à l'aide de celui-ci. Plus particulièrement, la présente invention concerne un micro-organisme de type Saccharomyces sp. présentant une capacité de production d'acide lactique, muté de telle manière que l'activité pyruvate décarboxylase (PDC) est affaiblie ou inactivée par rapport à l'activité intrinsèque, une activité ATP-citrate lyase (ACL) est introduite, et la voie de biosynthèse de pyruvate est potentialisée par rapport à la voie de biosynthèse intrinsèque, ainsi qu'un procédé de production d'un acide lactique à l'aide de celui-ci.
