The present invention discloses a lighting apparatus. The lighting apparatus comprises an LED module having LED channels; and a control unit including a memory having a user area and a chip area for controlling the LED channels in such a manner that the LED channels are dimmed for each channel using values pre-set in the chip area, wherein the control unit controls so that data can be transmitted and received between an external micro computer and the memory, and restricts access to the chip area.
