Summary: | The present invention carries out centrifugation in a state in which blood is accommodated in an accommodation space part formed at the lower part of a main tube, injects white blood cells, which are a separation layer of the centrifuged blood, into a separation space part of the main tube, and then couples an upper cap such that the upper cap communicates with a passage part of the main tube, thereby allowing only concentrated platelets to be collected and extracted, and thus the separation of blood and the extraction operation of concentrated platelets can simultaneously proceed by carrying out centrifugation once and with one container.
La présente invention effectue une centrifugation alors que le sang est reçu dans une partie d'espace de réception formée au niveau de la partie inférieure d'un tube principal, injecte des globules blancs, qui constituent une phase de séparation du sang centrifugé, dans une partie d'espace de séparation du tube principal, et couple ensuite un capuchon supérieur de sorte que le capuchon supérieur communique avec une partie de passage du tube principal, ce qui permet de ne collecter et de n'extraire que les plaquettes concentrées, et, de ce fait, la séparation de sang et l'opération d'extraction des plaquettes concentrées peuvent être effectuées simultanément en réalisant une seule centrifugation et avec un seul récipient.
