Relating to the preparation of a composition including a drug such as pemetrexed which is easily degraded through oxidation, disclosed are a composition having increased stability by removing oxygen during the process of preparation of and to a method of preparing same. The preparation method is made easier by freezing and degassing in a sealed chamber, and therefore the preparation method can provide a composition having remarkably increased stability of an oxidation-labile drug. La présente invention concerne la préparation d'une composition comprenant un médicament tel que le pemetrexed qui est facilement dégradé par oxydation. L'invention porte en outre sur une composition possédant une stabilité accrue par élimination de l'oxygène pendant le processus de préparation, et sur son procédé de préparation.
