The present invention relates to an instantaneous heating type tteok (Korean rice cake) steamer and, more specifically, to an instantaneous heating type tteok steamer capable of supplying only the required water from the outside to a pipe encompassing a heater or adjacent to the heater, and allowing steam, which is instantaneously generated while water passes through the pipe, to be discharged to a tteok container containing a tteok material, when steaming the tteok material. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the instantaneous heating type tteok steamer comprises: a main body having a predetermined space formed therein, and formed such that a holder part, on which a tteok container containing a tteok material is to be mounted, is exposed to the outside; a heater provided inside the main body and performing heating; a pipe provided inside the main body, having an inlet formed at one end thereof and connected to a water supply means on the outside of the main body, having an outlet formed at the other end and communicating with the lower part of the tteok container mounted on the holder part, and vaporizing water into steam by the heat generation of the heater; a pump provided on the route of the pipe so as to allow the water of the water supply means to flow in through an inlet by pumping, and discharging steam, obtained by vaporization, through an outlet; and a control board provided inside the main body so as to control the operation of the heater and the pump. La présente invention concerne un cuiseur à vapeur de tteok (gâteau de riz coréen) de type à chauffage instantané et, plus partuclièrement, un cuiseur à vapeur de tteok de type à chauffage instantané apte à fournir uniquement l'eau requise provenant de l'extérieur à un tuyau comprenant un élément chauffant ou adjacent à l'élément chauffant, et à permettre à la vapeur, qui est générée instantanément tandis que l'eau passe à travers le tuyau, d'être évacuée vers un récipient de tteok contenant une matière de tteok, lors d'un traitement à la vapeur de la matière de tteok. Selon un mode de réalisation de la présente invention, le cuiseur à vapeur de tteok de type à chauffage instantané comprend : un corps principal ayant un espace prédéterminé formé en son sein, et formé de telle sorte qu'une partie de support, sur laquelle un récipient de tteok contenant une matière de tteok doit être monté, est exposée à l'extérieur ; un élément chauffant situé à l'intérieur du corps principal et réalisant un chauffage ; un tuyau disposé à l'intérieur du corps principal, ayant une entrée formée au niveau d'une extrémité de ce dernier et reliée à un moyen d'alimentation en eau sur l'extérieur du corps principal, ayant une sortie formée au niveau de l'autre extrémité et communiquant avec la partie inférieure du récipient de tteok monté sur la partie support, et vaporisant l'eau en vapeur par la génération de chaleur de l'élément chauffant ; une pompe située sur le trajet du tuyau de façon à permettre à l'eau du moyen d'alimentation en eau de s'écouler à travers une entrée par pompage, et évacuant la vapeur obtenue par vaporisation à travers une sortie ; et une carte de commande disposée à l'intérieur du corps principal de façon à commander le fonctionnement de l'élément chauffant et de la pompe. 본 발명은 순간 가열식 떡찜기에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 떡 재료를 찔 때 외부에서 필요한 물만, 히터를 감싸거나 히터에 인접된 관로에 공급하고, 관로를 지나면서 순간적으로 발생한 증기를 떡 재료가 담긴 떡용기에 분출할 수 있도록 하는 순간 가열식 떡찜기에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 순간 가열식 떡찜기는, 내부에 일정 공간이 형성되고, 떡 재료가 담긴 떡용기가 장착되는 홀더부가 외부에 노출되게 형성되는 본체와, 상기 본체 내부에 구비되어 발열하는 히터와, 상기 본체 내부에 구비되는 것으로, 일단의 유입구는 상기 본체 외부의 물공급수단에 연결되고 타단의 배출구는 상기 홀더부에 장착된 떡용기의 하부에 연통하며, 상기 히터의 발열에 의해 물을 증기로 기화하는 관로와, 상기 관로의 도중에 구비되어 펌핑에 의해 물공급수단의 물을 유입구를 통해 유입하고, 기화된 증기를 배출구를 통해 배출하는 펌프, 및 상기 본체 내부에 구비되어 히터와 펌프의 동작을 제어하는 제어보드를 포함하여 구성된다.
