A webbing drawing device (10) is provided with: a winding shaft (14) which, when operated, makes it possible to draw webbing in; a first pulley (32) that is rotated in a vehicle emergency; and a second pulley (34) which, when rotated, causes the winding shaft (14) to operate. The webbing drawing device (10) is further provided with a connection wire (36) that connects the first pulley (32) and the second pulley (34) to each other and that transmits, when being wound on the first pulley (32) due to the rotation of the first pulley (32), the rotational force of the first pulley (32) to the second pulley (34). La présente invention concerne un dispositif de tirage de sangle (10) qui comprend : un arbre d'enroulement (14) qui, lorsqu'il est actionné, permet de tirer une sangle ; une première poulie (32) qui est mise en rotation dans un véhicule d'urgence ; et une seconde poulie (34) qui, lorsqu'elle est mise en rotation, provoque le fonctionnement de l'arbre d'enroulement (14).
