[Problem] To provide an information processing system, a control method, and a storage medium which are capable of creating advice to establish an ideal communication condition on the basis of a signal indicating a user's emotion. [Solution] An information processing system provided with: an application setting unit that sets a purpose for which a first user performs communication with a second user; a communication unit that receives an emotion signal from at least the first user or the second user; a creating unit that creates advice for the first user on the basis of the ideal condition, corresponding to the purpose, for the received emotion signal; and a controlling unit that transmits the created advice to a client terminal corresponding to the first user via the communication unit. Le problème décrit par la présente invention est de fournir un système de traitement d'informations, un procédé de commande, et un support de stockage qui sont capables de créer des conseils pour établir une condition de communication idéale sur la base d'un signal indiquant une émotion de l'utilisateur.
