An electronic device comprising: a device housing; an electronic card assembly disposed in said device housing and comprising: a card housing configured with a housing opening; a card tray having a card receiving space for accommodating an electronic card, said card tray being slidably displaceable between a closed position in which it is at least partially disposed within the card housing, and an open position in which it projects from the card housing to an extent greater than in said closed position; a locking mechanism configured between a locked state in which said card tray is arrested in its closed position and an unlocked state in which the card tray is free to be displaced; a driving mechanism configured for displacing the card tray at least from its closed position into its open position; and a control unit in communication with the locking mechanism and with the driving mechanism, said control unit configured for outputting an unlocking signal to the locking mechanism, thereby changing the state of the locking mechanism from its locked state to its unlocked state; and a driving signal to the driving mechanism, thereby displacing the card tray from its closed position into its open position. L'invention concerne un dispositif électronique comprenant : un boîtier de dispositif ; un ensemble carte électronique disposé dans ledit boîtier de dispositif et comprenant : un boîtier de carte doté d'une ouverture de boîtier ; un plateau de carte ayant un espace de réception de carte pour recevoir une carte électronique, ledit plateau de carte pouvant être déplacé de manière coulissante entre une position fermée dans laquelle il est au moins partiellement disposé à l'intérieur du boîtier de carte, et une position ouverte dans laquelle il fait saillie à partir du boîtier de carte dans une plus grande mesure que dans ladite position fermée ; un mécanisme de verrouillage disposé entre un état verrouillé dans lequel ledit plateau de carte est verrouillé dans sa position fermée et un état déverrouillé dans lequel le plateau de carte est libre de se déplacer ; un mécanisme d'entraînement conçu pour déplacer le plateau de carte au moins de sa position fermée à sa position ouverte ; et une unité de commande en communication avec le mécanisme de verrouillage et avec le mécanisme d'entraînement, ladite unité de commande étant conçue pour délivrer en sortie un signal de déverrouillage au mécanisme de verrouillage, changeant ainsi l'état du mécanisme de verrouillage de son état verrouillé à son état déverrouillé ; et un signal d'entraînement pour le mécanisme d'entraînement, ce qui permet de déplacer le plateau de carte de sa position fermée à sa position ouverte.
