Summary: | The present invention relates to a heat resistant SAN resin, a preparation method therefor, and a heat resistant SAN resin composition containing the same and, more specifically, to a heat resistant SAN resin obtained by the polymerization of 52-78 wt% of α-methylstyrene, 20-40 wt% of a vinyl cyanide compound and 2-8 wt% of a hydroxyalkyl (meth)acrylate, a preparation method therefor, and a heat resistant SAN resin composition containing the same. According to the present invention, there are effects of providing a heat resistant SAN resin, which has an improved polymerization conversion rate while maintaining heat resistance and an increased weight average molecular weight, and a preparation method therefor, and providing a heat resistant SAN resin composition containing the same and having remarkable chemical resistance and excellent mechanical properties and a physical property balance.
La présente invention concerne une résine SAN thermorésistante, un procédé de préparation associé et une composition de résine SAN thermorésistante contenant celle-ci et, plus spécifiquement, une résine SAN thermorésistante obtenue par la polymérisation de 52 à 78 % en poids d'α-méthylstyrène, 20 à 40 % en poids d'un composé cyanure de vinyle et 2 à 8 % en poids d'un (méth)acrylate d'hydroxyalkyle, un procédé de préparation associé, et une composition de résine SAN thermorésistante contenant celle-ci. Selon la présente invention, il existe des effets de fourniture d'une résine SAN thermorésistante, qui possède un taux de conversion de polymérisation amélioré tout en maintenant la tenue à la chaleur et une masse moléculaire moyenne en poids accrue, et un procédé de préparation associé, et de fourniture d'une composition de résine SAN thermorésistante contenant celle-ci et présentant une résistance chimique remarquable et d'excellentes propriétés mécaniques et un compromis des propriétés physiques.
본 발명은 내열 SAN 수지, 이의 제조방법 및 이를 포함하는 내열 SAN 수지 조성물에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 알파-메틸스티렌 52 내지 78 중량%, 비닐시안 화합물 20 내지 40 중량% 및 히드록시알킬 (메트)아크릴레이트 2 내지 8 중량%를 포함하여 중합된 내열 SAN 수지, 이의 제조방법 및 이를 포함하는 내열 SAN 수지 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면 내열성은 유지하면서 중합 전환율을 개선하고, 중량평균 분자량을 증가시킨 내열 SAN 수지와 이의 제조방법을 제공하고, 이를 포함하여 내화학성이 뛰어나고, 기계적 물성 및 물성 밸런스가 우수한 내열 SAN 수지 조성물을 제공하는 효과가 있다. |
