In the present invention, access is allowed to the following: flow line information which includes a history of the movement of people measured by a position measurement device; transaction information which includes information on product transaction settlements; passage area information which includes a condition for determining a stop in a prescribed region; and shelf allocation information in which are registered products displayed on a product shelf in prescribed sections. Included in the present invention is an action visualization unit which generates information visualizing an action of a person from the flow line information. The action visualization unit: references the passage area information to analyze the flow line information; determines a stop for each area inside a store; references the transaction information and the shelf allocation information to compile the number of purchased products or the purchase amount for each section of the product shelf; and outputs screen data for graphically representing, by overlaying onto a store layout, the number of stops and the compiled number of purchases or purchase amount for each area.
