The present invention relates to an ingrown fingernail/toenail correcting device and, more particularly, to an ingrown fingernail/toenail correcting device capable of easily correcting not only symmetrically deformed ingrown fingernails/toenails, but also asymmetrically deformed ingrown fingernails/toenails. The ingrown fingernail/toenail correcting device for correcting an ingrown fingernail/toenail comprises: a vertical pressing column erected vertically at the middle of the top surface of the ingrown fingernail/toenail to press down thereon; a horizontal support column installed perpendicularly on the top end of the vertical pressing column and having fastening holes formed to pass vertically through both end portions thereof; two adjusting bolts passing through the fastening holes of the horizontal support column and fastened to be capable of upward and downward movement; two resilient members installed horizontally on the left and right at the middle of the vertical pressing column and connected to the bottom ends of the adjusting bolts; and hanging parts connected to the leading ends of the resilient members, moving upward and downward together with the resilient members, and having hooks for being inserted and hooked under both ends of the fingernail/toenail.
